Privacy Policy

How One Perfect Park Day handles information.

One Perfect Park Day is built to be useful without an account. This policy explains what the website and iOS app collect, store, and use.

Last updated: September 24, 2026

Summary

The iOS app does not require an account. Your saved park-day plan is stored on your device. The website may collect an email address when you request a free guide or join updates.

One Perfect Park Day does not sell personal information and does not use information for cross-app tracking.

Information You Provide

In the iOS app, you may enter details such as a selected park, visit date, arrival time, available hours, walking comfort, weather tolerance, whether kids are joining, accessibility needs, anchor, backup, reset plan, cut line, and exit or turnaround time.

On the website, you may provide an email address when requesting a guide, joining updates, or contacting support.

Information Stored On Your Device

The iOS app stores saved plans and related reminder preferences locally on your device. Local notifications, if enabled, are scheduled on your device and are not promotional notifications.

You can delete local app data from Settings inside the app, or by uninstalling the app.

Information Sent To One Perfect Park Day

When the app or website refreshes park data or current conditions, it may request information from oneperfectparkday.com. These requests can include the selected park identifier, visit date, or route needed to return relevant results.

Like most web services, the site, API, hosting provider, and security systems may receive standard technical information such as IP address, user agent, request path, timestamp, referrer, device/browser details, and error logs.

Guide Downloads And Email Addresses

When you request a free guide, One Perfect Park Day collects the email address you enter. The email may be stored to record the signup, provide access to the guide, prevent abuse, troubleshoot the form, and send occasional newsletters, product updates, or related announcements.

Guide signup records may include basic operational details such as signup source, guide slug, consent notice, timestamp, referrer, and user agent.

Analytics And Diagnostics

The website uses privacy-conscious analytics to understand site usage and improve reliability. Analytics should not receive full email addresses.

The iOS app Version 1.0 does not include an advertising SDK or third-party analytics SDK. Apple may provide crash and performance information to the developer through Apple developer tools depending on user and Apple settings.

Permissions

The iOS app asks for notification permission only when you choose to enable reminders. Version 1.0 does not request location, camera, photo library, microphone, contacts, calendar, motion, or health permissions.

How Information Is Used

  • Save your park-day plan on your device.
  • Run the check-in workflow and refresh park or condition information.
  • Schedule optional local reminders.
  • Provide guide downloads and updates when requested.
  • Protect, operate, troubleshoot, and improve the website, API, and app.

Sharing

One Perfect Park Day does not sell personal information. Information may be processed by hosting, infrastructure, analytics, email, security, and operational service providers as needed to run the website, API, app, and guide signup flow.

Retention And Deletion

Local app plans remain on your device until you delete them or uninstall the app. Server logs and signup records are retained as needed for operations, security, legal compliance, and business records.
